When you order the jewelry, type your letters you want in your jewelry (MAX 4 letters) Then the workshop starts with a sketch which is sent to your email for approval.
As soon as you have approved our drawing, we will start making your amulet.

NOTE
This unique piece of jewelry is handmade for you - and therefore the right of return is waived as soon as the drawing is approved and the workshop starts working on your piece of jewelry.
Delivery and Return:
If your order from KOBRA does not live up to your expectations you can return within the first 30 days. At returning the jewelry must not have been used or damaged. The returning process is under buyers responsibility.
When ordering a special custom made jewelry, including personal engraved jewelry, the customer consents to when the manufacturing begins the right of cancellation discontinues.
