RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

Right of complaint
KOBRA provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage, or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about faults and defects which should be discovered by usual examination of the goods must be notified to KOBRA within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, if necessary, crediting. In connection with complaint cases, KOBRA bears return costs to a reasonable extent.

Guarantee on gold-plated jewellery
We have a 3-month guarantee on gold-plated jewellery. It is very different how long the gold lasts. It depends on how much you use the piece and how good you are at taking care of it. In addition, we are all built differently and some people have more “acid” in their skin, which causes the gold to wear off faster - or where silver jewellery turns black. Therefore, read our good advice for jewellery care, and your jewellery will stay beautiful for a long time :)

Complaints and return of goods
In the event of errors, omissions or missed deliveries, please contact:

KOBRA
Gisselfeldvej 6
2665 Vallensbæk
info@kobra.dk

Goods are also returned to this address - please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or handing the item over personally to us. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if adequate information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation.

Refund
In the case of agreed decors, returned goods or prepaid goods that are canceled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are normally always made by bank transfer, and KOBRA therefore needs information about the registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be disclosed without further ado via email or other traditional form of correspondence.
