About return
If your purchase from KOBRA does not meet your expectations, these are returned within 30 days. When returning, the jewelery must not be worn or damaged and the return is the buyer’s responsibility.
Note! When ordering a specially made piece of jewelry, including personally engraved jewelry as well as name necklaces and bracelets, zodiac rings and specially made size, the buyer gives consent for the production to begin and that the right of withdrawal then expires.
Exchange
About exchange
We have a 30-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. When you want to exchange, you can also buy a return label as described below and simply attach a note in the package with the product(s) you want to exchange your goods for. We will contact you via SMS as soon as we receive your return package with the jewelery to be exchanged.
You only pay for shipping to Kobra, and it is free when we send the new products back to you.
Buy a return label
How it works
You can easily buy a return label for sending your order back to Kobra in Vallensbæk or you can also come to us physically and return/exchange your item.
1. Buy a return label here at the shop and fill in your information at checkout
2. Kobra automatically generates a return label that you receive by mail
3. Fill in the return slip you received when you bought the item, or attach a note with
the order number, name and phone number of the original order
4. Pack the item(s) you wish to exchange together with the return slip/note.
5. Download your QR return code on your phone or print out the return label (the one you received by email)
6. Go to your nearest GLS package shop and hand in the package
Note! If you do not want to use our return label service, you can use the shipment you want, the jewelery is simply sent directly to Kobra’s address. We do not collect from parcel shops.

Delivery
Delivery in 1-3 days
Kobra has a 1-3 day delivery time and we ship with GLS. On anniversaries, you may experience longer delivery times.
However, you also have the option of collecting your jewelery as a click and collect free of charge at the workshop in Vallensbæk. Here you will receive an email when the jewelery is ready to be removed.
